Anne was a daughter of Morgan ap Jenkin ap Philip of Pencoyd/Pencoed, Caerleon, Wales.[3][4][5][6][7][8][10][11]
Her mother is uncertain. Her father married first Elsbeth daughter of Roger Vachan [Vaughan] and second Jowan daughter and heir of David Mathew Esq., of Radyr[12], otherwise called Margred, daughter of Dafydd Mathew.[13]
Her year of birth is unknown and is estimated as c 1462.
Her father was recorded in 1454/1455[14] and was still living in 1475.[15]

She married Walter Baskerville of Eardisley, Herefordshire.[3][5][6][7][10][11]
Their eldest surviving son James Baskerville was born around 1482[2] and hence it is assumed Anne married Walter Baskerville around 1480.
