He married Anne, daughter of Colin Rufford of Gloucestershire. Their children were Sir Thomas Baskerville Kt, Captain Michael Baskerville, John and Arnold, the latter two sons dying without issue. Sir Thomas Baskerville Kt of Goodrest, Warwickshire, general of the English army in Picardy, married Mary, daughter of Sir Thomas Throgmorton of Troitworth, and dying in 1597, left a son and heir Hannibal Baskerville lord of the manor of Sunningwell, Berkshire who married his first cousin Mary, daughter of Captain Michael Baskerville and relict of John Morgan esq. by whom he had sixteen sons and two daughters.
