John Baskerville was a son of Humphrey Baskerville and Elynor, daughter and heir of John Aguilliam of Lambedre in the County of Radnor.[1][2][3][4]
He married Sarah, daughter of Thomas Lewis Esq. of Harpston.[2][3][5]

In his will of 1599[6] he was recorded as John Baskerville esq. of Aberedowe [Aberedw, Radnorshire]. He noted his sons James and Thomas, his daughters Anne and Margaret, his wife Sara, his brother in law Charles Lewes, and his nephew Roger Havard of Pontwall, Co. Brecon.
