James Baskerville of Pontrilas, Herefordshire[1][2]
He was the eldest son of Walter Baskerville of Pontrilas and Jane Monington.[1][2]
He was said to have had two wives and thirty children.[2]
One of his wives was Sibyl, daughter of Humphrey Baskerville of Eardisley, Herefordshire.[1][2]
James was recorded in the will of his father Walter Baskervile of Pontrilas in the County of Herefordshire, Esquire, the will dated 21 Sep 1587 and proved on 17 Nov 1587.[3] Also recorded were James' wife Sibbill and his first born son Humfrye Baskerville.
