Biography
Thomas was a son of Richard Baskerville. It is presumed his mother was Philippe.[1]

Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: Richard has acknowledged the manor, excepting 1 mill in the manor, to be the right of Edmund, as that which Edmund has of his gift. For this: Edmund has granted to Richard the manor and has rendered it to him in the court, to hold to Richard, of the chief lords for the life of Richard. And after the decease of Richard the manor shall remain to Richard, son of the same Richard, and Andrew and Thomas, brothers of the same Richard, son of Richard, to hold of the chief lords for the lives of Richard, son of Richard, Andrew and Thomas. And after the decease of Richard, Andrew and Thomas the manor shall remain to the right heirs of the aforesaid Richard de Baskeruill'.
