!P: Mrs. Hilma Christina Spicer who has been in poor health the past few years, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 28., at the home of her son, Leonard and family, living north of Osage City. She was born in Vastergotland, Sweden, on April 3, 1879 [Swedish records say 1878], having attained the age of 75 years, 4 months and 25 days.

!P: Through the years Mrs. Spicer lived a busy and useful life, always enjoyed her home and family.

!P: She is survived by four sons and one daughter, Arthur, Clarence, and Leonard of Osage City; Harry of Tucson, Ariz., and Mrs. Helen Hendrickson of Osage City; two brothers, Victor M. Johnson and John L. Johnson of Osage City.

!P: Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 1, at 2:30 o'clock in the afternoon from the Grace Lutheran church with the Rev. Paul Bengtson conducting the services. Burial will be in the Osage City cemetery. --
