By Roger Haukyns, of Devyses to John Burley, esq. Richard Cuffe and William Spicer, of the tenement or messuage called Shadwellysplace in Mannyngford Bohoun, Co. Wilts, and all his other lands there, which he acquired by feoffment of William Wayt son and heir of Thomas Wayt, deceased, with power of attorney to Anthony Styleman to deliver seisin.
