Biography
Angell Baskerfeld was baptised on 21 Sep 1549 at St Michael Bassishaw, City of London, daughter of Humfry.[1]
The Visitation of Shropshire in 1623 recorded her as the daughter of Humphrey Baskerville and Jane Pakington, and the wife of William Maynard of London.[2]
She was noted in the will of her father in 1564.[3] William Leonard, mercer, was to have the keeping, finding and virtuous bringing up of Angell, during her nonage or until the day of her marriage.
The date and place of her marriage to William Maynard are unknown.
Queen Mary sold Sandford Manor Duckett, in 1590.[5]
