Ezekiel was born on 28 AUG 1719 in Simsbury, Connecticut, the son of Samuel Humphrey and Lydia North.
He died in 1795. The place is not known.
His wife was Elizabeth Pettibone, who he married on 2 OCT 1740 in Simsbury, Connecticut. Their ten known children were Ezekiel (1741-1802), Elijah (1747-1788), Elizabeth (1750-1808), Frederick (1753-1821), George (1756-1813), Ann (1758-1827), Giles (1762-1813), Chloe (1762-1813), Lydia (1769-?) and Betsey (1771-1845).
