His fourth wife was Mary Orton, who he married on 31 OCT 1731. The place has not been found. Their nine known children were Ashbel (1732-1813), Deliverance (1733-c1820), Isaac (1735-1788), Thomas (1737-1818), Eunice (c1739-c1812), Charles (1745-c1822), Lois (1745-?), Noah (1747-1819) and Daniel (c1749-c1800).
