On Friday, April 4, Thomas Hotchkiss of Meyersdale passed away in the County Hospital after an illness of five weeks. He was born Feb. 17, 1881, and was aged 49 years, 1 month and 15 days. He is survived by his wife, Clara, and two sons, Osborne, of Lancaster, Pa., and William, at home, also by four brothers and two sisters. The funeral services were held at the home on Sherman Street,
on Sunday afternoon, April 6, at 2 o'clock, with Rev. J. Luther Frantz, officiating. Interment in the Union Cemetery. W. C. Price, undertaker, had charge of the funeral arrangements.
