He died after 1634. The place is not known.

His wife was Katherina Hotchkiss. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Thomas (c1594-1625), Mary (c1598-?), Edona [Idowe] (c1602-?) and John (c1608-?).

!Notes: George Benyon had under the Articles of 11th Feb. 2 James I. a life estate in the Whyhold messuages in Wixhall, and under his Mother's Will a legacy.

!P: He was living the 4th May, 13 Charles I. [1634] and is then named in the Marriage Settlement of his nephew Daniel Benyon.

!P: George Benyon, of London, Esquire, "a cestui que" trust of his brother John Benyon, is also mentioned in this Settlement.
