Her husband was George Benyon, who she married in ABT 1570 in Shropshire, England. Their eight known children were Thomas (c1571-?), John (c1575-?), Dorothy (c1578-?), Elizabeth (c1580-?), John (c1583->1634), Judith (c1586-?), Jane (c1590-?) and Mary (c1592-?).

!P: In the Articles of 7th Feb. 2nd James I. [1605], there was excepted for here use during widowhood "one chamber nexte over the halle in the nowe mansion house of the sayd George Benyon." She was a party to the Settlement prepared in pursuance of those Articles. Her Will, dated 10th December, 1611, was proved at Lichfield in 1614, by her "well beloved sonne John Benyon" the Executer. She is therein described as "Margaret Benyon, widowe, late wieffe of George Benyon of Ashe, in the county of Salop, gentleman, deceased."
!P: She bequeaths Legacies to Elizabeth Oliver, Mary Rogers, and Ellen Brayne. John Brookeley, and Thomas Clyffe were the appraisers.
