Agnes was born about 1310, the daughter of John de Northwood and Agnes de Grandison. The place is not known.

She died in 1345 in Over Helmsley, North Riding, Yorkshire, England.

Her husband was Marmaduke Thwenge. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Marcella (c1334-?).
