John of Lathum, chaplain, to Lawrence Hulme, esq. - a tenement in Mayhell late in the tenure OF John Symkynson, 3½ac. meadow called the Hoghalveacre in Maghel late in the tenure of Robert Hochkynson; also a garde in Lideyate in the tenure of Henry Longbak, lying on W. of the house where Robert Richardson now stays; which properties were, among others, those which John Ireland of the Hutt and Thomas of Lathum, senior, decd. had from L.H. - to L.H. for life, then to Henry his son for life. Also after death of L.H. annuity of 16d. to H.H. for life from a tenement in Maghall in the tenure of Nicholas Gate. Witn: Henry Halsall, esq., Thomas Lathum, Thomas Halsall. Given at Maghell, Wed.before Nativity St. John Baptist, 11 Ed. IV. Seal.
