In the name of God Amen the yere of our lord god a thousand fyve hundreth xxxviij⁽ᵗʰ⁾ the xxvi day of August I Margaret Hopkynson of Ashover, whole of mynd and perfyte of memory make my testament and last wyll in this maner folowyng.
I bequeth my soull to god almyghty to our blessed lady and to all the holy company of heven and my body to be buryed in the church yard of Allhalowes in Ashover.
