His wife was Elizabeth, who he married in ABT 1553. The place has not been found. Their eight known children were Nicholas (c1554-?), Richard (c1561-c1645), Alice (c1562-c1636), Margaret (c1563-?), Edmond (c1571-c1646), Thomas Ap (c1574-c1603), William (c1576-c1625) and Anne (c1581-?).
