Hannabal was born on 14 DEC 1856 in Rockdale, Pennsylvania, the son of Hannabal Hodges Finney and Mary L. Willoughby.
His wife was Lydia Griggs, who he married in 1894. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Edwin Ashley (1898-?) and Finney (c1900-?).
