Huldah was born about 1834 in Gustavas, Ohio, the daughter of William Roberts and Electa Humphrey.

She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was Orlando W Finney, who she married on 8 MAY 1861 in Trumbull, Ohio. Their four known children were Ina (c1862-?), William (c1864-?), Cora A (1867-c1943) and Gertrude (c1871-?).

Her second husband was Spear. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. They had no known children.
