Phillip was born about 1864, the son of Henry Odam and Ann Blamey. The place is not known.
His wife was Diana Mace, who he married in MAR 1895 in Kings Norton, England. Their three known children were Harold (c1896-?), Norman (c1898-?) and Leslie (c1900-?).
