!Obituary: Topeka Capital-Journal from 24 Jan 2005 to 25 Jan 2005 Mina M. Fisher CARBONDALE - Mina M. Fisher, 99, Carbondale, died Sunday, Jan. 23, 2005, at Peterson Nursing Home, Osage City. She was born Aug. 20, 1905, at Burlingame, the youngest daughter of John E. and Anna Wilhelmina Carlson Seastrom. She married Perry G. Fisher on July 15, 1925, at Lawrence. They lived at Wakarusa. He died May 19, 1977, and she moved to Carbondale in 1980. She lived there until she entered a nursing home in April 1999. Also preceding her in death were an infant daughter, Mildred Irene Fisher, on Feb. 5, 1930; her parents, four brothers and four sisters. Surviving are a son, Carl A. Fisher, and his wife, Nellie, Augusta; a daughter, Geraldine Urich, and her husband, Laurence, Carbondale; four grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and two step great-great grandchildren. A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Burlingame Federated Church. Burial will be in Shawnee Center Cemetery, Wakarusa. Mrs. Fisher will lie in stat e from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Carey Funeral Home, Burlingame, where family visitation will be from 5 until 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the Carbondale City Library be sent in care of the funeral home, P.O.
