!P: Mrs. Ella E. Smith, 88, Osage City, died Sunday, May 4, at an Emporia hospital.

!P: Mrs. Smith was born February 8, 1898, at Burlingame, the daughter of John and Wilhelmina Carlson Seastrom. She moved to Osage City from Burlingame in 1956.

!P: She married Ira Smith, November 12, 1919. He died October 2, 1975.

!P: Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Lindburg, Osage City; two sisters, Mrs. Elsie Brown, Mission, and Mrs. Mina Fisher, Carbondale; a brother, Einar Seastrom, Burlingame; and two grandchildren.

!P: Services were at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Grable Funeral Chapel, Osage City. Burial was in Osage City Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kansas Diabetes Association. --
