Notes from image: This will is very hard to read, and I don’t think it names much close family.

He calls himself Thomas Hochkis of Rushton.

He wants to be burried in the Churchyard of what might be Church Aston [or maybe Roche Seton].

The only other Hotchkiss I could make out was John Hochkis of Dodington.

I think I see something about a god son possibly John Aston.

At the end of the first page he leaves the rest of his goods to what could be “my dir good wife” if you have a bit of imagination.
