Nicholas was born in 1834 in Lewis Co., Kentucky, the son of Nicholas N Davis and Dorcus Viers.
He died in 1912. The place is not known.
His wife was Margret [lutz] Smith, who he married in 1862 in Boone co, Indiana. Their only known child was Edward Tazwell (1863-1937).
