!Notes: from his daughter Kathleen: Joe was a chef all his life except for a brief period when he tried to be a Tram Conductor! Our Dad was a great singer and played the piano by ear. He met our mum when he was a young chef and she was an even younger waitress in Miss Cranston's Tearoom in West Nile Street.
