He died in 1781 in Lebanon, Connecticut.

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Elizabeth Clark, who he married on 8 NOV 1738. The place has not been found. Their two known children were William (1739-?) and Elizabeth (1742-?).

His second wife was Abigail Black, who he married on 2 NOV 1747. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Irene (1749-?) and Joseph (1751-?).
