!P: Mrs. Alice M. Peterson, 82, Osage City, died Saturday, July 28, 1990, at an Osage City nursing home.

!P: She was born May 13, 1908, in Starkville, Colo., the daughter of John and Minnie Nyberg Hendrickson. She spent most of her life in Osage City.

!P: Mrs. Peterson was a member of the United Methodist Church in Osage City, Martha Circle at the church, the Laff-A-Lot Club, Jersey Creek Grange and Jersey Creek extension Homemakers Unit.

!P: She served on the Peterton Precinct Election Board. She worked with the Osage County Fair Board in the department for the open class fruits, cooking and sewing.

!P: She was married to Roy H. Peterson, November 29, 1933. He died February 25, 1981.

!P: Survivors include two sons, Roy E. Peterson, San Antonio, Texas, and Robert O. Peterson, Osage City; and five brothers E. A. "Pete" Hendrickson, Herbert Hendrickson, Clarence Hendrickson, Albert Hendrickson and Robert Hendrickson, all of Osage City; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

!P: Services were at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the United Methodist Church in Osage City. Burial was in Union Cemetery in Osage City. Crable Funeral Chapel in Osage City was in charge of arrangements.
