!P: The death of Frank Spicer, who lived on the Abney farm south of Dragoon, occured at Stormont hospital last Thursday. Mr. Spicer had been failing in health since last October. He was 63 years of age and a native of Osage City. He leaves his aged mother; his wife, Hilma Johnson Spicer and four sons ans a daughter.
