Also I give and devise to my brother George Hotchkis his heirs and assignees my estate of [Wamber??] in the parish [Llanguinniber?] in the County of Brecknock now in the occupation of Davis Morris. Also I give and bequeath to my said brother George all my guns, fishing rods and all the? Articles appertaining to sporting both in shooting and fishing. I also give and bequeath to my said brother George an annuity or yearly sum of one hundred pounds to be him by half yearly payments to commence from the day of my decease and a proportionate part thereof up to the day of his death.
