Alice was born about 1292, the daughter of Edmond Fitton but her mother is unknown. The place is not known.

Her husband was John Hawkins, Hesketh. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Sir William (c1318->1380), Alice (c1320-?), Katherine (c1322-?) and Margret (c1324-?).
