Notes: This Thomas could almost as easily have been Henry’s brother as son. However, he fits better as a 21 year old son, if we imagine that this feoffment was arranged as his first seisin with a nearby lord in order to establish an opening position with that lord. Otherwise, if he were the brother, the small amount of land as a feoffment makes less sense.
