Henry de Hall son of William de Hall to John Nedham of Wormhull, Gervase son of Robert Woderoue, William Blake, Richard of Glossop, John of Buxton, William son of Thomas Aleynson, William son of John le Wright, John son of Thomas Hopkinson, Robert of Urdesley, John Wafurer, Henry son of John of Medoo, John son of John Hopkinson, and William son of John Alcok. One messuage and 32 acres in Wormhull of which 18 acres and the messuage lie in Mylnfeld and 14 acres in Herdwykwall to hold of the lord of the fee.
Witnesses: Roger of Wormhull, Robert Woderoue, Adam Smyth, Thomas Aleynson, Roger de Peek. At Wormhull Endorsement that on the same day it was agreed between the within named freeholders and all the neighbours Betwene Dalls on the one part and Hogken Johnson of the Mylne Howse on the other that he should occupy Moxdale, part of the common Betwien Dalls paying to the inhabitants and the freeholders 2s. 6d.
