Gift with warranty from William Gregorie of Asfordbye, co. Leics. to Richard Baxter of a tenement with toft adjoining in Asfordbie lying between land of William Terry on the north and land of Cuy Edmund on the south, and abutting on land of Thomas Fattyng on the east, in exchange for a messuage, half an acre of land and 12 feet of meadow in Asfordbie as expressed in a charter of the said Richard to the said William; to hold to the said Richard and his heirs of the chief lord of the fee for ever.
