Grant by JOHN TOMMYS, WILLIAM STERY and JOHN STERY of Ruardeyne, to THOMAS WHYTE of Blyddyslowe, co. Glouc. of a tenement in Ruardeyne called Bakers place in the high street in Ruardeyne, with all lands, meadows &c. belonging which they had by feoffment of Nicholas Baker and Elene his wife of Wynchcombe.
Witnesses:- Christopher Baynam, esq., John Hawkyn, Richard Nurse, Thos. a Dene, and William Grive. 3 seals: ON TAGS, RED WAX; AND BROKEN AND COVERED; CIRCULAR, AN INITIAL [GREEK].
