!P: BURLINGAME - Annie M. Vandevord, 90, Scranton, died Sat., July 10, 1993, at a Burlingame nursing home.

!P: She was born Jan. 16, 1903, in Burlingame, the daughter of William and Rebecca Wilson Jones. She grew up in Burlingame and attended Burlingame schools.

!P: Mrs. Vandevord was a member of Corinthian Chapter N. 181, Order of Eastern Star, in Burlingame, and the Auxilary to Edward ""Ted" Rowe Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 2709 in Scranton.

!P: She was married to Clifford Vandevord Aug. 21, 1920, in Burlingame. He died May 17, 1982. A son, Clifford L. "Bud" Vandevord, died Mar. 20, 1991.

!P: Survivors include a daughter, Anna Fender, Burlingame; three sons, John Vandevord, Topeka, and Robert Vandevord and Dale Vandevord, Scranton; a sister, Mary Moran, Topeka; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

!P: Services were at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Federated Church in Burlingame. Burial was in Burlingame Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Burlingame First Responders or to the Federated Church in Burlingame. Carey Funeral Home in Burlingame was in charge of arrangements. --
