Obituary: The Topeka Capital-Journal - Last modified at 1:20 a.m. on Friday, January 19, 2001 - Christina Mallot - BURLINGAME -- Christina Mallot, 93, Burlingame, died Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2001, at an Osage City nursing home. - She was born Feb. 2, 1907, in Burlingame, the daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth Hotchkiss Jones. She was raised in Burlingame and graduated from Burlingame High School in 1925. - Mrs. Mallot was a member of the Burlingame Federated Church. - She married Ralph Mallot on May 10, 1925. He died April 11, 1986. - Survivors include a daughter, Betty Patrick, Burlingame; a brother, Thomas Jones, Wichita; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. - Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Burlingame Federated Church. Burial will be in Burlingame Cemetery. Mrs. Mallot will lie in state after 4 p.m. today at Carey Funeral Home in Burlingame, where visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. - Memorial contributions may be made to Burlingame First Responders, sent in care of the funeral home
