William Haukeford knight, Laurence Haukyn parson of the church of Sancta Columba Maior, John Copleston, John Polmorva and Martin Pellour = -

to -, all his manors of Lodeswylle, Yeweton and Morchard, and a moiety of the manors of Batysthorne and Yedeforde, with all appurtenances; for - to hold of for term of their lives. Rent 20 marks yearly during 's life, at 4 terms; after 's death they shall pay from the revenues of the manors all 's debts, shall marry off Joan, 's daughter, without degradation, shall make donations for 's soul according to his instructions to them, and shall have reasonable recompense from the revenues for their expenses.
