In the name of God amen the xth day of January in the yere of our Lord God a thousand five hundreth and xxxvij

I Agnes Hakyns of Asshely in the dioc of Couentre and Lichefeld being in hole and perfyte mynde do make my testament and last wyll in maner and forme folowyng

Fyrst I bequeath my soule to God and to all the holy company of heven

and my body to be buryed in the churchyarde of Asshely aforsaid

Itm I bequeath to the hygh awter for my tythes forgotten viijd

Itm I bequeath to my doughter Anne my best gowne and best kyrtyll and to my doughter Alyce my best hatt

The residue of all my goodes not bequethed I gyve to my sonne John whom I make my sole executor
