John Trelawny, son and heir of Sir John Trelawny, Knight, and first wife Blanche Powna, married Florence, the fourth daughter of Sir Hugh Courtenay of Boconnock. They had three sons. He was among those commissioned by King Henry VII to hear the controversies between the prior of Bodmin and others. He died November 14, 1513.
