Sir John Blaket of Icomb, Worcestershire , may have been a descendant of Roger Blaket and his wife Margaret who were holding half a knights fee in Icomb in 1352.[1][2]

Sir John Blackett built the manor-house at Icomb, 'Gloucestershire', about 1400.[3]

In the Inquisition Post Mortem of Elizabeth, widow of John, Earl of Kent, in 1411 it was recorded that John Blaket held half a knights fee at Iccomb.[4]

He is presumed to be the John Blaket who was with Henry V in France, some say he fought at Agincourt, others that he may have been part of the garrison at Honfleur.[2][3]

Elizabeth's heirs were the descendants of her first marriage, viz. her surviving daughter Isabel, wife of John Barton, and her grandchildren William Wykeham, Elizabeth and Philippa Bishopsden, Richard Beaufeu, and Thomas Conyers."

He is aged 17 and more. The others were aged 24 and more on 29 September last.[12]
