Burkett, 82, who died Feb. 11 at his home here. Rites were held at the Federated church and interment was in the Burlingame Cemetery. - Mr. Burkett was born Nov. 15, 1879, in Burlingame and was a lifelong resident. He was an interior decorator. - Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Martha Burkett of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Leora Kirby of Cookeville, Tenn., and Mrs. Arlene Ramskille of Attica, Ia.; two sons Edwin Burkett of Burlingame and Richard of Topeka. --
