His wife was Kezia McClure, who he married on 22 APR 1808 in Butler Co, PA. Their seven known children were William Crawford (1809-1896), Abdiel Cummings (1811-1882), Robert J (1813-1856), John (1815-1894), James (1818-1891), Elizabeth Jane (1820-1901) and Mary Ann (1823-?).
