Rebecca was born in 1918 in Falkirk, Stirlingshire, Scotland, the daughter of Robert Colquhoun Reid and Annie Hunter Laird.
Her husband was William Williamson. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Anne Reid Laird (Private) (1942-?).
