His notes: this thomas is a cousin of brooke hotchkiss and as both are on the same census for 1841 in madeley with there family's it is possible that brooke hotchkiss first name is thomas also. as there is a thomas brooke hotchkiss born madeley wood about 1826 in the 1861 census with a son henry brooke hotchkiss need to look at this more closely will passon to richard smith
