He died on 7 MAR 1846 in Elizabethtown, Essex, New York.
He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Rebeccka, who he married in ABT 1791. The place has not been found. Their eight known children were Joseph (c1792-?), Sarah (c1794-?), Melizissa (c1796-?), Paulinus (1798-1849), Arza (1805-1880), Theron (1807-?), Philena (c1809-?) and Pamelia (c1811-?).
His second wife was Nellie Brown, who he married in ABT 1815. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Joel B. (1816-?) and Anna (c1818-?).
