He died on 23 FEB 1842 in Addison, Vermont.

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Mehitable Strong. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. They had no known children.

His second wife was Justity Holcomb, who he married on 7 MAR 1793. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Lennure (1794-?).
