Solomon was born on 10 AUG 1798 in Plymouth, Massachusetts, the son of Solomon Finney and Parience Churchill.
He died in 1864 in Ohio.
His wife was Catherine Bartlett. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Alvin (1823-1885), Jesse Bartlett (1831-?), Elizabeth (c1833-?) and Larina (c1835-?).
