His wife was Jeanetta A. Burt, who he married in JUL 1837 in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Their five known children were Jeanette (c1838-?), Clark (1845-1918), Lucy M. (1846-?), Elkanah (1850-1927) and Alfred Eugene (c1852-?).
