His second wife was Betsey Holbrook, who he married in ABT 1808. The place has not been found. Their six known children were Betsey Bishop (1809-?), Mary Caville (1811-<1819), Caroline (1814-c1816), Ezra (1817-?), Mary Caville (1819-?) and Caroline (1822-?).
