Noah was born about 1750 in Genesse County, New York, the son of Stephen Miles but his mother is unknown.
He died in 1822 in Athens County, Ohio.
His wife was Rhoda Wilcox. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Amy (c1780-1828).
